How you are scored
One hundred marks, published in full before you apply. Nothing is hidden, and every mark awarded names the answer and the evidence behind it.
Prototype maturity decides everything
The evaluator works your level out from the evidence you upload, not from the level you declare. Teams below Level 3 cannot be selected as winners.
- Level 0 — Idea only
- Level 1 — Drawing, mock-up or presentation
- Level 2 — Initial proof of concept
- Level 3 — Functional prototypeminimum to win
- Level 4 — Prototype tested with real users
- Level 5 — Pilot-ready or deployed prototype
Evidence beats presentation
Every score carries an evidence-confidence rating. A claim with nothing attached is recorded as unverified and scores accordingly, however well it is written.
A rural team with modest English and strong field evidence out-ranks a polished submission with none. That is the point of the system.
The ₹5 Lakh KGF Seed Grant
Among the 10 finalist teams, one winning team will receive a ₹5 lakh seed grant from KAKA Growth Fund – KGF, along with expert mentorship and industry connections to refine, deploy and take the solution into the real-world market.
