KAKA Growth Fund – KGF

How KAKA Growth Fund works

Find a real problem. Understand it on the ground. Build a complete and practical solution. Test it with real people. Prove that it works. Make it simple enough to adopt and scalable enough to transform lives.

The application

Ten sections. Save each one as you go; nothing is lost between visits.

  1. 01Team Readiness
    జట్టు సంసిద్ధత

Exactly five members, each with a named role and a real responsibility.

  2. 02Problem Discovery & Field Validation
    సమస్య గుర్తింపు & క్షేత్ర ధ్రువీకరణ

Describe a real problem you have seen on the ground, and prove people experience it.

  3. 03Solution Design
    పరిష్కార రూపకల్పన

Explain the solution in simple language and show how it attacks the root cause.

  4. 04Prototype
    ప్రోటోటైప్

A working prototype decides this competition. Show what you built and who tested it.

  5. 05Deployment
    అమలు ప్రణాళిక

Where the first pilot runs, who runs it, and what could stop it.

  6. 06Production or Operations
    ఉత్పత్తి లేదా నిర్వహణ

How each unit gets made or each service gets delivered, at what cost and capacity.

  7. 07Business & Finance
    వ్యాపారం & ఆర్థికం

Who pays, how much, and what happens after the KGF Seed Grant is spent.

  8. 08Marketing & Adoption
    మార్కెటింగ్ & స్వీకరణ

Name your first 100 users and explain exactly how they will hear about you.

  9. 09Impact & Scale
    ప్రభావం & విస్తరణ

Measurable change, cost per beneficiary, and what one more district would cost.

  10. 10Final Readiness
    తుది సంసిద్ధత

Pitch deck, two-minute video, declarations — then submit.

The AI evaluation

Eleven specialists read your application together with the files you attach. Each returns structured findings; a deterministic engine does all the arithmetic.

Agent 1Application Completeness and Team Capability
  • Judge whether the five members bring genuinely different, relevant capabilities.
  • Check that every member owns a named piece of work.
  • Assess execution commitment from declared availability and the fieldwork the team did themselves.
Scores H1, H2, H3, H4
Agent 2Problem Validation
  • Decide whether the problem is specific enough that a stranger could go and observe it.
  • Identify the target beneficiary precisely.
  • Examine the uploaded interviews, surveys, photographs and reports against what is claimed.
Scores A1, A2, A3, A4, A5
Agent 3Solution Quality and Ease of Adoption
  • Explain in your own words how the solution works.
  • Decide whether it addresses the root cause or only the symptom.
  • Compare it against the alternatives the team named, and any obvious one they omitted.
Scores B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, D1, D2, D3, D4
Agent 4Prototype Verification
  • Decide whether a working prototype actually exists, from the evidence and not the claim.
  • Assign a maturity level from 0 to 5 and justify it.
  • Examine uploaded images, videos and test reports against the described functions.
Scores C1, C2, C3, C4, C5
Agent 5Deployment and Operations
  • Review the proposed pilot location and whether the team can actually reach it.
  • Assess whether the implementation steps and timeline are realistic for five people.
  • Check that required permissions, licences and partnerships are identified.
Scores G1, G3, G4, G5
Agent 6Production and Technology
  • For a physical product: review the bill of materials, suppliers, unit cost, capacity, quality control and certifications.
  • For a digital or service solution: review architecture, data requirements, security and privacy, service capacity, uptime and cost per transaction.
  • Say whether the stated unit cost is plausible given the described materials or infrastructure.
Scores G2, F2
Agent 7Business and Financial Viability
  • Identify the beneficiary, the customer and who actually pays — say so if they differ.
  • Validate the pricing assumption against the stated user's ability to pay.
  • Check the unit economics arithmetically and state the gross margin.
Scores E1, E2, E3, E4
Agent 8Marketing and Adoption
  • Review target-user segmentation and whether the first 100 users are real, named people.
  • Evaluate positioning and the value proposition as the user would hear it.
  • Assess online and offline marketing against how the stated users actually get information.
Scores F4
Agent 9Impact, Inclusion and Scalability
  • Identify the measurable social, economic or environmental impact and who receives it.
  • Assess accessibility for rural, low-income, elderly and differently abled users.
  • Evaluate whether the solution can be replicated, and at what cost.
Scores F1, F3, F5
Agent 10Governance, Risk and Integrity
  • Identify the legal and regulatory requirements this solution triggers.
  • Assess safety, privacy, environmental and ethical risks.
  • Note any suspicious similarity or unverifiable claim — as a question for a human, never as an accusation.
Produces risk findings only — it scores nothing.
Agent 11Final Evaluation and Ranking

Consolidates all ten, applies the rubric, the caps and the eligibility gates, and produces the final score and a transparent explanation. It never selects a winner.
